531: The Ascended Masters are hanging out with us again today as we prepare to close out the month of May. They are encouraging us to create and hold positive thoughts for the new month. They are also giving us a BIG thumbs up for all the work we have done related to to the changes we have made. This is also a good time to get yourself on even footing,  and the key is in grounding and centering. The month of June will be testing our overall balance so it’s best to be prepared.

Call on your favorite Ascended Master today and simply allow their loving energy to fill your heart and spirit. Use Hematite or Galena to promote grounding and centering.
