830: Today is a good time for a little  meditation and the Ascended Masters (AM’s) are inviting you to sit them and simply be at ease. Enjoy nature sounds or soothing music and fill your mind with your favorite energizing, soothing or healing color. These are different for everyone, mine are watery blue-green or sunny yellow-orange, so whatever color speaks to you today just enjoy it! Ask you favorite AM to sit with you and allow the loving light and energy fill your entire being. Personal quiet time plays an essential role in you emotional and spiritual well being. Too often we forget or put off doing something just for ourselves so a bubble bath for the soul is always a good thing to indulge in!
