Today’s Message: Watching Our Thoughts

617:  We hear a lot about affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

  Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He empowers the underdog and also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and can help you to reach your full potential.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences

(Gold Sheen) Obsidian helps us to set our ego aside so that our authentic self can come forward.

 (Blue) Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature and gives us a spiriual boost as it brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us.  Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.
