Today’s Message: Self Talk

917: For the last several months we have been working on creating the necessary changes in our lives that will help us move forward. Today we are being reminded that we have come a long way and have made a lot of progress. This is a good time to reinforce our power of positive self-talk. Remember, I AM and I CAN are powerful motivators, which will help new opportunities to reach us. The Universe sends new blessings our way all the time so take time today to clear your energy field so that these things can come to you!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive essence that keeps our energy flowing. Finding humor in a situation teaches us that path to change isn’t so scary when faced with laughter and joy.

The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Desert Rose (Selenite). These beautiful stone “flowers” help to increase our understanding of our own personal value in the universal plan. It dissolves outdated self-imposed programming and helps us to replace it with new ideas and self-perspective.

Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self-confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

Pink Kunzite is a feel-good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.
