38: A window into the realm of abundance is opening for us today and the Universe is urging us to be bold and grab opportunities when they present themselves. The key is to use what you are offered to create the necessary stepping stones that will help form the path to your goals and dreams. Even if it’s not exactly what you were hoping for right now, keep in mind that each opportunity opens a new door or window that allows us access to bigger and better things and solidify our foundation. Keep a clear vision of your ultimate end goal, not the “how to’s”, as this allows you receive in a broader spectrum. Visualize, embrace and be ready to move forward!

Today’s Message: Meditative Experience

37: Take some time today to engage in your favorite form of meditation. Remember that there is no need to sit still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from your favorite Spirit Helpers.

Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to clear our minds and our energy. It also helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Universe is reminding us today to embrace awareness of our world and ourselves and enjoy the budding of new growth!

We usually get angry at someone, don’t we? We judge that someone has done something wrong and we want them to be punished.

In truth, the actions of others are never to blame. It’s our thinking – our blaming and judgment – that causes the anger. And we blame and judge because we have a need that has not been met.

In his book ‘Nonviolent Communication,’ Marshall B. Rosenberg advises that rather than blame others, we are better served by directing our energy towards meeting our own needs.

He offers a simple tool for change. Instead of saying, ‘I am angry because they …’ we can say, ‘I am angry because I am needing ….’

Today’s Message: Focus On What You Have

36: Our focus today involves making some peace with our material worries and concerns. While these things ARE valid and should be take seriously we shouldn’t let them rule our lives. When we fixate on these material things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have and how you can make the most of it while you wait. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and set aside what you can’t immediately control.

35: Change is on the horizon and the Universe is sending a gentle reminder that support is available from unseen friends in high places. Like all changes the ones headed your way will benefit you in the long run. Prepare for these changes by engaging in a little little spring cleaning. Take the initiative to welcome them by checking expiration dates and letting go of some things that no longer work for you or that you have outgrown. This will make room not only for new growth but for the new blessings and opportunities that are waiting in the wings. Not only will this bring you some much needed energy it will also serve to increase your spiritual awareness and power. Stay open to receiving and be sure to allow your intuitive and creative skills to guide you as well. Add a little self care into the mix and it will help you ground, center and headed in the right direction.

They are all experiences of being wounded for the purpose of breaking down the defenses of the personality. When we allow the wounding and accept the betrayals as divine gifts, we greatly benefit.
