625:  Many of us are currently experiencing heightened sensitivity to what’s going on around us and within us. This can cause stress or anxiety in areas and in ways we have not experienced before. Today, the Universe is letting us know that this increased sensitivity will help you in both your personal evolution and the personal changes that you are experiencing. Our first reaction is usually to block things out and if you need to do that that’s fine for the short term. However, the benefit will come through the experiences themselves and the angels are asking us to go with the flow and allow them to unfold. Understanding and growth will come from unlocking the place where loving-kindness dwells and opening your heart these experiences will help you to make healthy changes that will benefit you in the long run. Have faith in yourself and in the Universe and remember that you are safe and care for.

624: Every day we are blessed with wonderful things that I like to call “Tiny Miracles”. It doesn’t have to be grand or over the top to be a miracle and often it’s the small, everyday ones that mean the most. It’s part of our human nature to want more, however in reality we have what we need. Our vision of true “wealth” lies in our perception of self. If we feel sorry for ourselves our energy takes a nosedive. However, if we hold onto our optimism and look for that “One Good Thing” then the tiny miracles are brought into crystal clear focus. Today, the Universe is reminding us that everyday life is our greatest blessing. Hold these tiny miracles close to your heart so that you draw upon them when the need arises.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith and promoting self-love which is key to positive self-expression and empowerment.  It helps to promote the softer, more loving view that we need to embrace gratitude.

 623:  Today the angels are asking us an important question: “How do you feel today? Are you peacefully centered, or do you feel “wobbly”? Either way, it’s best to take some time to ground, center, and clear. This is an important part of a daily self-care routine. It calms the mind and emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety. When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything, we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to send them out in return. Just breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being.

 622: Our ability to create and our forward progress revolves around both focus and faith.  Today the Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid unnecessary distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and can be lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention and remembering to just breathe today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!

The stronger our belief is the more we are able to clearly see the blessings and miracles around us. Even the small everyday ones become clearer, which are more important by far.  619: When we become stressed or worried about material matters, we tend to place our lives on hold or even go full-frontal freaky. Being aware of our situation is good but allowing worry to rule your life is not. The truth is that worry only magnifies the stress that you are feeling, so much so that and we can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the Universe is reminding us to continue the work we’ve been doing to upgrade our thought patterns. Remember that you are in charge of creating our own reality. Accept help where and when it is offered and keep an open mind.  Take a little time today and acknowledge your blessings and you will realize just how “wealthy” you really are!

618:  Over the last few days, we’ve working on elevating our thought patterns to aid our powers of manifestation. Today the angels are letting us know that we are on the right track and that our potential for creating and drawing good things into our lives is growing.  Focus is the key and we will need to stay anchored in the present moment and stay aware of what’s going on around us. If we allow ourselves to wander off into La-La Land we could miss out on something that we’ve been waiting for or the next piece of the puzzle that will allow us to build to the next level. Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. Today’s Message: It’s Affirmative

617:  We hear a lot about affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well-being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us.  Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.

Today’s Message: Let Go Of The Negative

616: Today’s message relates to how we create our own reality and how our thoughts play an important role in our personal evolution and manifestation process. When we look for the best and expect good things to happen, we find them. While it may not be exactly what we asked for, we benefit from them nonetheless. This also allows us to find more opportunities and blessings that we might have missed otherwise. This is also a reminder about turning your fears and worries over to the Universe and its helpers. Letting the “negative nasty’s” go is imperative to your overall well being. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and the longer we hold on to these “negatives” the harder it is to find and generate good things. The angels are asking us to keep our thoughts, actions and energy levels optimistic so that we have full access to manifesting capabilities.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to  strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Tree Agate (Dendritic) to strengthen your connection to the plant kingdom and help you to enjoy each moment. It is also known as the stone of plentitude and promotes abundance while showing us the “wealth” we already have.

Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. It is also a stone of abundance and draws good things to us while helping us see the blessings we have. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions.

 Zoisite takes negative energies and turns them into something positive. It helps us to manifest ourselves rather than what others impose on us and infuses creativity into our thinking.
