This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have and how you can make the most of it while you wait. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and set aside what you can’t immediately control.

It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. It brings out our natural optimism, self confidence and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring.  Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. 31: As we start the new month we are reminded that the world needs more solution finders and peacemakers. This message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960’s, its energy is powerful and one that should be freely embraced as often as possible. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. On a side note keep in mind that boundaries are an important component. promoting peace doesn’t mean we should let others walk over us. You can stand up for your beliefs and still embody a peaceful attitude.

If you are feeling that you have lost something then you probably have. Remember that change and growth require us to let go of what we have outgrown. When we willingly let something go we are extending an invitation to something better to take its place. These things relate to your path and even if you are not ready to jump in fully the baby steps you have been taking are getting you started and keeping you going. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy bottled up. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle.

227: Today the Universe is asking us to focus on our life path.  Each person’s life path is unique. While we may travel together at times there always comes a point when we branch off to blaze a new trail. Move forward with faith and confidence as you navigate your chosen paths and side trails. Ask for divine guidance and trust in your intuition and follow these breadcrumbs as you create your life. By staying optimistic and expecting the best we help good things find us on our journey. If the path you are on doesn’t feel right make the necessary adjustments to get back on track.  Be sure that you occasionally perform a self-review.
Ask yourself:

Am I where I want to be?
Does this resonate and bring me joy?
Is there anything I need to change?

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self-confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”

Today’s Message: Worthy and Amazing

224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!
