1020: Every day we face issues and problems that demand our attention. Sometimes it’s pretty easy to resolve them, while other times they keep popping up and slapping us upside the head. The truth is that in order to deal with recurring problems we must let go of what no longer works for us. The key is to replace the old and obsolete with a fresh outlook. Step back to get a new perspective and be willing to try new ways of doing things. While this may offer a challenge it will help us out in the long run. Keep your faith and step into your power as a creator. Partner with the Universe and be at peace with yourself. Remember, you don’t need to carry burdens alone, our divine support system is always here to lend help and support.

It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balance and strengthens our knowledge of self. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener which can be important in the letting go process

Today’s Message: A Season of Transformation
1015: Fall is a transformative season that embodies change. As we travel lifes path our beliefs and overall perceptions go through periods of change and growth. The Universe is letting us know that we are entering one of these periods now. These coming changes will benefit both ourselves and our loved ones and will have a powerful impact on what we do in the future. Yesterday’s self care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. Take the opinions of others with a grain of salt, if their words have merit consider them, but ultimately the choices are yours. Embrace this time of personal growth and get ready to expand your horizons!

Today’s Message:Caring For Self
1014: Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be. Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

1012: Over the past few days the focus has been centered around creating good things for ourselves. The Universe embodies the ultimate essence of both creation and creativity. Just look around and you will see that the evidence is everywhere and has touched everything, people, places, and nature. Everywhere you look there is reason to be inspired. Today’ lesson in creativity involves peace and is a request to all of our “Peaceful Warriors” out there. The Angels are reminding us that while the world is a troubled place right now we CAN do our part by continuing to work on promoting peace closer to home and on a smaller scale. The old adage “It starts one person at a time” is true. The angels are asking us to promote peace today and challenging us to promote it creatively…..become someone’s inspiration today!
