729: As we count down the remaining days of July the Angels are sending us the following message: “Keep the faith in yourself and in your abilities. By doing so you will be able to see your path and purpose more clearly.” Remember that our inner guidance always tells us where we need to or want to be. Even though we may not be able to see the whole picture. As long as we continue moving forward (and YES baby steps count!) we are making progress, so pay attention to the guidance you receive (internal and external). New doors will open for us by not allowing small setbacks to stop our momentum and by turning our fears and doubts over to the angels. Start with baby steps, acknowledge the tiny miracles, and promote goodwill to those around you. These things will make every day a victory! You’ve got this!

728: The key to abundance can be found in acknowledging the blessings that we have. This generates a positive flow of energy which draws new blessings to us. Our message today is a reminder that the flow of divine abundance always surrounds us. As we approach the first of the Pagan harvest festivals, Lammas/ Lughnasadh, it’s a great time to take stock of what you have and you may even find some things ready to harvest. The old adage of “counting your blessings” really comes into play over the next few days. It’s time to harvest from our inner fields and gardens and embrace the richness and tiny miracles that fill our lives. You truly have more abundance that you realize. 724: Sometimes things happen that make it difficult to stay on our chosen path. Every day brings us new challenges and distractions (OOOoo look! Shiny!!) These distractions often come in the form of well-meaning people who “just want to help”. (We all know a few of these right?) Just remember that it’s YOUR path and to take the advice of others with a grain of salt. Be honest with yourself because you are the only one who knows what’s best for you. If the advice you are given doesn’t mesh or is an attempt to push in a direction you’d rather not go, remind yourself that the choice is yours to make. There are also times when we question ourselves particularly during times of change, self-doubt, or fear. If this happens today (or any day) take a moment to center and focus. Then ask yourself “Is this really what I want?” or “What is best for me right now?” Listen to the guidance that you receive and above all trust in yourself!

I tip my cap to a certain fast food franchise for coming up with the idea for a boneless baby back rib sandwich, the only downside being that they use about 60 mystery ingredients– ribs not necessarily being one of them. That’s why you should try this easy homemade version with real ribs; simply bake, chill, cut, sauce, finish on the grill, and voila! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.

723: Today is a self care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.
Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away?
Are you achieving balance between work and your personal life?
Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?
Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand. They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can refresh and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. This helps to not only free up our energy but opens us to the supportive energies sent by the universe.

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.
The Ascended Master Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

722: Your path is like a road trip. It consists of many sights and attractions, some good and some bad. We encounter bumps, potholes and roadblocks mixed in with some truly breathtaking and inspiring scenery. We even find side paths that lead us on a merry chase all the while teaching us valuable lessons along the way. However, in order to grow we need to keep moving forward, even though this road trip doesn’t come with a map. This requires focus on our desired destination, even if we’re not quite sure how to get there. The key is to stay strong and believe in yourself. Today the Angels are reminding us that life is full of unlimited possibilities and we have unlimited potential. You are an amazing being who is worthy of the best the Universe has to offer!
