Today’s Message: Your Heart Knows The Direction

72: Creating our lives requires us to have a positive focus combined with perseverance, and in order to make the best possible decisions for our own personal evolution we must also trust in ourselves and in the Universe. As we travel we receive an abundance of information. Often it comes in bits and pieces while at other times we find ourselves buried in it. Some of this information is good and some……. well…… not so much. Part of our job is to sift through this information and pick out that which will best serve us and to throw away that which does not. Remember, everyone will have an opinion.

If you find yourself blocked perform a self check and ask yourself:

Is this where I want to be?

What is keeping me from moving forward? (people, places, things)

What positive steps do I need to take to continue my journey?

Act on your own intuition and divine guidance and if you need help…. ask!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel  helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. If you feel like you have wandered off your path, or have lost faith and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

  The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question  “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences you ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

 Desert Rose (Selenite). These beautiful stone “flowers” help to increase our understanding of our own personal value in the universal plan. It dissolves outdated self-imposed programming and helps us to replace it with new ideas and self perspective.

 Hematite has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

Iolite (Also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst)  is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion. It helps you stay true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others.

Today’s Message: It’s Your Path

71: As we navigate the paths that make up our lives we find that everyone has an opinion about how, when, where and why we should do things. The truth is that the only opinion that matters is our own and we are the only ones who really knows what’s in our hearts. However, well meaning people (and sometimes not so well meaning) will try to push us off our path simply because they don’t agree with or understand what we need. So take the opinions of others with a grain of salt. During this new cycle the Universe will be helping us by providing direction and guidance that will help us on our journey. You will know that you are headed in the right direction when it makes your spirit sing and your heart soar!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to  strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Dioptase which helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature and gives us a spiritual boost as it brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us.  Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.

630: In the last month we have worked on achieving balance where material things are concerned. We have accomplished this by staying focused on our goals and by having faith in ourselves and that things will work out to our best advantage. As June comes to a close the Universe sends this gentle reminder, ” Help is always available and you need only to ask.” Remember that help can arrive in many forms. It comes not only from the Universe but from people, animals, blessings or events that show up in our lives. It’s important to pay attention and be present so that you can reap the rewards that come your way. The lessons of June will help you in the new month.

629: Through our divine collaboration with the Universe we have learned that we are empowered creators in our own right. While we receive assistance and guidance from other people, the Universe, and through opportunities, the truth is that WE are the creating force that ultimately makes things happen. The combination of faith and confidence boosts our manifestation power and is the driving force that helps us to create a new reality for ourselves. We have been doing a lot of work and getting things done on our own behalf and this means that we are headed in the right direction.  The Universe is offering us a vacation day and telling us to take a break and recharge our spiritual and emotional batteries. Ground, center, and clear to get the chill session started. Give yourself a BIG hug and use today to the best advantage.  We are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.  The Angels are telling us “You deserve this small break so use the day to be good to yourself!”

Today’s Message: All In Good Time

626: Today’s message revolves around “divine timing”. Essentially divine timing is like a puzzle and only when all the pieces are in place will things happen. Good things come to those who wait and patience and faith will be your best friends. This is a good time to perform a balance check as it will help those missing puzzle pieces arrive on your doorstep. Remember not to let worries and concerns overwhelm you. Turn these things over to your Spirit Helpers and stay open to the guidance you receive. By embracing patience and setting aside the things you have no control over you will build a stronger foundation for the finished product.
