They are descended from ancient and modern cultures and civilizations and represent many different religions. 331: It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry” . We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing , but worrying about it is counter productive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today the ascended masters are telling us to avoid the “whirlpool of worry”, they are here to help us and that everything is okay. Turn your worries over to the Universe and let go. Take things a day at time, fix what you can and let things fall into place!
Call upon your favorite angel, guardian angel or ascended master today. Just talk to them, ask them for help and allow them to come to your aid. If it’s for a specific problem here are a few choices
