Mind Body Green: How Changing Just 1% Of Your Day Can Completely Transform Your Life
Each of us shares at least one thing in common: We all have at our disposal 1,440 minutes in a single day. What we do with that time, however, is what ultimately makes us different.
As a life experiment, what would happen if you took just 1 percent of those 1,440 minutes, just 14 minutes and 24 seconds, roughly 15 minutes a day, and consciously tried to change your life? You can keep the other 99 percent of your day to do what you have to do, eat, sleep, go to work, take care of the kids, attend school, drive your sister to the doctor, surf your smartphone. Just 15 minutes. What would happen?

Beliefnet: 7 Spring Activities That Will Make You Feel Young Again
The four seasons reflect the stages of life each of us goes through. Summer is our prime of life here, we are mature, strong, and successful. Our autumn is a period of decline, a slow fall to earth, much like the leaves of this season. And finally, winter is the end of all things.
Each season of our lives is a distinct period, and when we move on from one to the next, we often leave a piece of ourselves behind.

A Bountiful Moment
Daily Thought
Do not be dragged into the subjective world of others. Maintain your vision and actions to achieve your goals. It is easy to fall prey to what others are thinking or doing but remember the energy you spend on someone else’s agenda is time spent away from what you need to focus on to complete your task(s).
Daily Practice
Stay objective by exploring the emotions that are being triggered by others. Identify them, acknowledge them and then let them go. Do not continue to recycle the emotion by continuing to think about the situation, person, or event. Change your focus by doing something physical even if it is as easy as taking a deep breath and shaking it off.
Have a Great Day and Believe in Yourself!

Patheos-Pagan: Unbalanced Mercy And Unbalanced Severity: Boundaries Are Healthy And Ethical
“Remember that unbalanced force is evil; that unbalanced severity is but cruelty and oppression; but that also unbalanced mercy is but weakness which would allow and abet Evil. Act passionately; think rationally; be Thyself.” – Aleister Crowley

Inner Journey: Judgement Creates
“If you judge people, you have no time to love them.”
— Mother Teresa
We know the power of thoughts to create. Consider, then, the impact of our judgments. When we judge someone critically, those judgments have the power to affect the one being judged, if they are open to our perceptions. This is the case even when we don’t say what we’re thinking.
For example, if I judge someone to be fat, and that individual perceives him or herself to be fat and is sensitive to the opinions of others, my thoughts will reinforce their ‘fat’ experience.
Being aware of the impact of our judgments helps us let go of our tendency to judge.
“There are three kinds of violence: one, through our deeds; two, through our words; and three, through our thoughts. …The root of all violence is in the world of thoughts, and that is why training the mind is so important.”
— Eknath Easwaran

A Note from the Universe
It’s working! Every day you’re getting closer! Everything you’ve ever wanted is being pressed toward you. Everything is clicking. Don’t let the illusions trick you. Don’t let the events of today dampen your spirits. Things couldn’t be any better than they now are. You couldn’t have more reasons to celebrate. Continue! Press on! The hardest work is done! Keep showing up, be present, open every door and let events unfold. Life is your stage. This is your parade.
Together we can do anything.
I love it when you’re hot,
The Universe

Desire
“Desires are the pulses of the soul; as physicians judge by the appetite, so may you by desires.” ~Thomas Manton
Our desires tell us a lot about ourselves. Ask yourself today: “What do I want?” Look at that carefully and ask again: “What do I REALLY want?” Then look at that and ask: “Why do I want that?” Oftentimes that question will get you to the true answer of what you REALLY want! And how would you change your life if you had that? What would be different? Can you do that now? Play “what if” a little and see if you can get yourself closer to your goals right now
