Much of what has been surfacing recently is linked to the old mental programming and conditioning we adopted in childhood, which keeps us tied to childhood wounds and old emotions.

In numerology, two-digit numbers are reduced to a single digit, and that’s how numerology works. Double-digit numbers receive their essence from single digits or root numbers.

EarthSky News: Fastest sunsets happen near equinoxes
Here’s a natural phenomenon you might never have imagined. That is, the sun actually rises and sets faster around the time of an equinox. In 2021, the vernal equinox falls on March 20 at 9:37 UTC; translate to your time zone. The fastest sunsets (and sunrises) happen at or near the equinoxes. And the slowest sunsets (and sunrises) happen at or near the solstices.

Patheos-Pagan: The Spring Riot
The Spring Equinox. Ostara. The Rites of Spring. By any name, it is a celebration of those things we wish to grow, bursting forth as the barest promise of more to come; but that isn’t what I want to talk about today.

Inner Journey: WHAT’S YOUR BEST ROUTINE?
“For all my good intentions, there are days when things go wrong or I fall into old habits. When things are not going well, when I’m grumpy or mad, I’ll realize that I’ve not been paying attention to my soul and I’ve not been following my best routine.”
— Robert Fulghum
How do you need to bring more balance to your life?
Robert Fulghum has shared, “The older I get, the more I realize the importance of exercising the various dimensions of my body, soul, mind and heart. Taken together, these aspects give me a sense of wholeness. I want to be a whole human being rather than one who limps on one leg because I don’t know how to use all of my parts. Intellectual, emotional, and physical activity are not separate entities. Rather, they are dimensions of the same human being.”
“There is an Indian Belief that everyone is in a house of four rooms: A physical, a mental, an emotional and a spiritual. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time, but unless we go into every room everyday, even if only to keep it aired, we are not complete.”

Trees
“When you look up from your typewriter, look at the trees, not the calendar.”
-Mary Virginia Micka, The Cazenovia Journal (1990)
That’s good advice for all of us these days! We’re on the computer so much. When we get a moment’s break, what do we do? If we can just take some time to re-connect with nature, to remember the beauty that surrounds us, we will be so much more natural and relaxed. There is a tree right outside my office window. It looks so calm, and it makes me feel calm to just sit and look out the window for awhile.

Daily Tarot: The Pope
Save those creative, foot-loose and fancy-free activities for another day and focus on the nuts and bolts. If you’ve been putting off doing something necessary but not fun, knock it out now and then feel accomplished when finished. You can earn a lot of regard and admiration for this. You won’t be allowed to keep too low a profile, so just step up and do what’s important for today. You should encounter no resistance.
