As an introvert I enjoy being by myself, not all the time mind you, but I’m good with my own company. However, whether you consider yourself introvert or extrovert alone time is a good thing. It can help us to relax, clear our minds and even improve our health. Alone time is the ultimate form of self care and sometimes it’s a good thing to “unplug” from everything and just be.
