Letting go is never easy, however it’s necessary to our personal evolution. By clinging to  everything no matter how worn out, outdated or even painful we are holding ourselves back. The letting go process is part of self care. Remember that you are worthy of being happy and receiving the good things that life has to offer. Be courageous and move forward.
