Sometimes it feels like life is passing you by. We have things we want to do or need to do but they don’t get done because we spent too much time thinking about the ifs, and, or buts of the situation. Overthinking can be a problem and can cause stress and anxiety. Set things aside and take a chance on life. Don’t struggle, going with the flow of life’s current helps you to see the bigger picture. Which in turn helps us to get more out of our life’s experiences.
