EarthSky News: Zubenelgenubi Is Libra’s Alpha Star

Its name rhymes with Obi-wan Kenobi
Despite its ‘alpha’ designation, Zubenelgenubi is the 2nd-brightest star in the constellation Libra the Scales. It’s a touch fainter than Zubeneschamali, Libra’s brightest star. These two stars can be found most easily in relationship to each. Zubenelgenubi likely enjoys the alpha designation in Libra because it lies near the ecliptic in our sky.

Inner Journey:

“To know how to choose a path with heart is to learn how to follow intuitive feeling.”
— Jean Shinoda Bolen

What ideas are teasing you these days?

Are you aware of any little gems floating around your consciousness these days? Charged little thoughts that beckon you to pay attention to them? Inspiration and intuition often bring powerful new ideas to us very subtly, very quietly. When you become aware of being teased by an idea, follow it!

“Get your ideas on paper and study them. Do not let them go to waste!”
— Les Brown

A Note from the Universe

Considering your grandest and most glorious dreams.

When your thoughts and visualizations pertain to the “hows” (how they will come true), or when they include an insistence upon unimportant details (virtually all details are unimportant; think of them, yes, but just don’t attach to them), or when they require specific people to behave in specific ways… best case scenario, your dream might come true.

Whereas, when your dreams are of BIG-picture items, like rocking abundance, amazing health, vivacious happiness, and the like, the floodgates of success begin to powerfully tremble and your manifestation becomes inevitable.

Hark… a tremor I do detect…

Daily Wisdom
June 23, 2021

“Integrity without knowledge is weak and useless, and knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful.”

-Samuel Johnson (1709-1784)

So of course it follows that integrity with knowledge is strong and powerful. We’re here to learn and to grow. When we educate ourselves we become better decision makers. And when we back up our wisdom with integrity we can change the world.

-Lissa Coffey

Daily Tarot: The Hanged Man

Everybody falls victim to a misjudgment or a faulty calculation sometimes, so don’t let that be a reason to grind to a halt and stop working on what matters to you. Sometimes deception is involved, but that does not free you from the obligation to try and set things right. It’s all about being responsible, and that’s what you want to be, anyway.
