413:  There are time when we can all use some extra love and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Down time, nature time or alone time can help you recharge. Today the angels and the ascended masters  are giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps this helps you to let go of negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day! 
This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with negativity from others it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field that effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael  please  cut away all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to me others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief. Amethyst is a powerful protector and helps to guard against psychic attack it is also the stone of Archangel Michael.  Rose Quartz give us an emotional bubble bath, it soothes, promotes self love and  healing of both heart and spirit. Amazonite will soothe and calm the emotions as it dispels negative energy and aggravation.

 412:   Dreams can be a powerful tool for solving problems. If you remember your dreams make note of them or write them down ( or at least what you remember) then look for answers in the symbolism. Ask yourself the following questions: * Who was there with me? *Where was I in this dream? *What was I /we doing? * What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places  people etc) 

Examine the information and see how it pertains to what you are going through. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people, and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them. You can ask the angels or archangels to assist you in your dreams. They are more than happy to help clear away negative or pessimistic thoughts and feelings. You have the power to help and heal yourself so use it to your best advantage!

 411:  Today is one of those days when you may feel a little overly sensitive to people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up”  and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings. It also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them! Your key words today are Ground- Center- Clear.

Our spiritual helpers for today include the ascended master Serapis Bey who helps us to embrace loving self care and provides spiritual insight and peace. Archangel Michael surrounds us with protection and helps us to clear our energy and space. Ishtar also helps to protect us against negative energy and allows only love to enter. The following crystals are also beneficial for today: Smoky Quartz grounds our energy and neutralizes negativity replacing it with a positive vibe. Carnelian is a creative stone but it is also a powerful protector against negative zings sent by others. Chiastolite (Cross Stone) used in ancient times to ward off ill wishes and curses, is also a great protector. it’s other uses include  bringing harmony from conflict and dispels negative thoughts and patterns

 Good Morning  Beautiful Light Beings, 
 

  410:  Every day we experience things both good and bad and some days it’s  just down right hard to be positive. Bad days happen and  while they happen to everyone, what matters most is how you handle them. When this happens the key is to NOT let negativity take over. Acknowledge those thoughts and do your best to let them go. We can turn these negative thoughts over to Spirit and the angels and ask for help in transforming them into something better. If we allow negativity to take over it’s like being in a windowless room and shutting ourselves inside. So the letting go part is important to your overall spiritual, emotional and mental health. Bad days happen but they don’t need to rule your lives or ruin your day. Give negativity the  old one-two punch and put it back in it’s place.

Bad days call for spiritual helpers who can help us turn our attitude in a more positive direction. Getting outside helps and Saint Francis invites us to just that. He is also associated with animals as well as nature so try taking your animal companion with you. Pets help stress, bring peace and improve your mood. Archangel Jophiel, whose name means “beauty of God”, teaches us how to see the beauty within and around us. Her job is show us how to create and manifest beauty in our lives, her message is “beautiful thoughts lead to beautiful outcomes”. Laughter is good medicine and Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, personifies this. He shows us the path to personal peace through joy and laughter. Your sense of humor can be a valuable healing tool. To our spiritual helpers we add the following crystals: Chrysocolla assists in transmuting negative energy into positive energy. Apache Tears help release any negative energy that you are holding on to. Rutilated Quartz acts as a filter as it cleans and releases negative energy and last but not least Rose Quartz this stone provides a bubble bath for the emotions, it soothes, heals and allows love to color your thoughts and emotions.

  49: We all like to use the weekends to do something fun but there are time when we just need to use them to just get things done. Today the angels are telling us that this is a good day to work on any incomplete projects  or something that you have been putting off. By making time to tie up  these loose ends we are clearing the way for new growth and increased abundance. Remember, your angelic support system is taking care of you. If you need help with creative solutions, focus or direction just ask. Grounding and centering before getting started will help the messages that you receive to come through more clearly!

Our spiritual helpers today include the Ascended Master Solomon. Solomon helps us to do things more effieciently.  If your project requires the assistance of others, Archangel Raguel promotes cooperation and group harmony. Vywamus (the higher-self aspect of Sanat Kumara) gives us inspiration and encouragement. Pele and Saint Germain helps us with setting goals and achieving what we set out to do. Along with our spiritual helpers we also have the following crystals. Amethyst brings success in your endeavors. Emerald promotes cooperation. Calcite combats laziness and replaces it with motivation. Making the most of today will benefit you in the near future.

48: Today we are receiving assistance from the “Angels of Abundance”. Things are working in your favor so stay focused on creating and opening the channels of positive flow that will bring new opportunities. Remember that in order to receive you must be open to it, fear and worry will shut that door and cause you to miss out. Don’t  get caught up in the whirlpool of worry or obsess about money. Acknowledge the need and turn your concerns over to the angels. They want you to know that you are being taken care of and that blessings are headed your way. Mentally affirm that you  are open to and ready to receive the prosperity and abundance that the universe has in store for you!
This is a list of the Angels of Abundance, I have also added some Ascended Masters who can help as well.

Barakiel: Brings good fortune and helps us to open our hearts to receive.

47:   Yesterday we talked about our angelic support system and how it assists us. We are carrying that message over into today. The angels are reminding us that they can help us even more if we ask for specific help instead of asking in general terms. For example if you need extra money to pay your rent and you request “Angels please bring me money”, you might find $5.00 on the ground. However if you  phrase your request “Angels, I need enough money to pay my rent and buy food, please help me now”, this open up all kinds of avenues for getting the help you need. Remember that help comes in many forms so allow yourself to be receptive on all levels and that you are worthy of receiving blessings in all forms.  Our angels are with us all the time and since their mission is to help us never be afraid to ask for help!
 
Today we will be working with Archangels Raziel who helps us manifest the things we need and Sandalphon to delivers our prayers and requests to the Divine as well as to the angels and ascended masters who can best help us. We can also call upon Ascended Masters Ganesh who promotes abundance and helps to remove the obstacles in our way and Lugh who helps us to solve problems and find creative solutions. In conjunction with today’s helpers add Angelite to strengthen your communication with the angels. Citrine is sometimes called the money stone and placing one in your wallet promotes prosperity and abundance. If positive flow is what you need both Amethyst and Garnet can help.

  46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Our angels are reminding us of the April Theme of love and security. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small,  all we need to do is ask for help. The angels want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and our loved ones. We can do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good .  Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!

Yesterday we worked with the Celtic Spring goddess Cordielia, not only does she help us to face change with a light heart she also shows us how to reduce our stress level. She promotes peaceful and joyous  energy in everything we do. Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others and Laughing Buddha (Maitreya) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow. With today’s spiritual helpers try using Moss Agate to replenish and refresh your soul and to release fear and deep seated stress. Chrysoprase also  relieves stress as it promotes hope and draws our attention to more positive events.

45:  In previous readings we have talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. When we are unwilling to make changes in our lives we are unable to move forward. It blocks energy and keeps the new and wonderful things that the Universe wants to send us from getting there. Today the angels are saying that it’s time stop fighting the changes that life is bringing you. You know what you need to do and now is time to allow these things to happen. How we view change lies in perception. You have two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Remember that a long with our human support system we also have the angels on our side. Ask for help, courage and strength and they will be there for you.  The changes that you make are a good thing and will benefit you and your loved ones. Be bold and embrace these changes head on!
As you deal with change remember to call on Cordelia who is a Celtic goddess of Spring. She can help you face these changes with a light heart. Archangel Jeremiel can assist in all areas of life changes and Archangel Uriel helps to learn our life lessons and move forward. Along with today’s spiritual helpers use Sulfur to open the the pathways to conscious change, it can also grounds the thought process in the now. Zincite helps us to manifest our full potential as we embrace life’s changes.

44: Our guardian angels and Archangels surround us all the time even though we may not be aware of it. Their job is to protect and help us when we need it. We can ask them for assistance with anything that will bring peace to you and your loved ones. The key to their assistance lies in simply asking them to fix or help the situation, not by telling them HOW to fix it. Our angel’s will always do what’s best for us, but we limit their influence when we give them specific instructions or place conditions on what kind of help we need. Asking for help and then letting them do their job opens the way to receiving all the blessings the Universe has in store for us including some we never even dreamed of! 
Strike up a line of conversation and communication with your Guardian Angels today and simply ask for what you need right now. (protection, healing, assistance etc.) You can also call on the Archangels for help or for specific concerns:
Ariel helps with all areas of environment concerns and animals.
Azrael helps the grieving and those who are transitioning.
Chamuel helps in all areas of relationships.
Gabriel helps artists and all issues of fertility.
Haniel enhances our healing abilities
Jeremiel helps us make positive life changes.
Jophiel helps to work through ugly situations and promotes a new positive light on them
Metatron helps issues involving children.
Michael offers protection.
Raguel empowers the underdog and helps resolve arguments.
Raphael assists in all areas of healing.
Raziel helps us to manifest what we need.
Sandalphon delivers our prayers to the Divine and to specific angels or ascended masters.
Uriel helps in all areas and life lessons
 
 Use  Labradorite to promote a sense of security or one of the angel crystals today, Angelite, Celestite, Apophyllite, Seraphinite or Moldavite to assist in divine communication.
