MNN: Living near green spaces can help you live longer
It’s no secret that being in nature is good for your health. Something as simple as a walk in the woods boosts your well-being and has benefits from better sleep to lower stress. One study even found that walking in a park can give you the same feel-good sensations as Christmas.

EarthSky News: Summer Triangle in northern autumn
In late November and early December, look west in the evening for the Summer Triangle. It’s the signature star formation of our Northern Hemisphere summer, but you can see it in northern autumn, too. The Summer Triangle showcases three brilliant stars – Vega, Deneb and Altair – in three separate constellations. The Summer Triangle still shines in the western evening sky (at mid-northern latitudes or farther north).

Inner Journey:
THE PAST IN THE PRESENT
“If you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you.”
— Louise Hay
Pick one aspect of your life, e.g. your health, your competence, your prosperity or relationships, and think back to when you were a child. What messages about this subject did you hear from adults at that time that are still playing on your subconscious tape recorder? Messages like: “Men can’t be trusted.” “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” “You’re not smart enough to succeed in business.”
How is your world reflecting your beliefs back to you, today?
“There are no limitations to the self except those you believe in.”

A Note from the Universe
There is no problem, conflict, challenge, grievance, symptom, twitch, spasm, ache or pain, not even those you attribute to external causes – that cannot be spontaneously solved, relieved, or overcome by seeing what you have not yet allowed yourself to see.
That’s why you have them, after all.
Ouch,

Today’s Recipe: Cauliflower Cheese Crisps
I’d say more than a sweet-tooth, I have a salt-tooth! This can be an issue for someone like me who tends to be more low gluten and low carb. These are an awesomely delicious snack that work well for gluten-free and low carb diets. To compare them to something you might be familiar with, they taste like a more complex, adult version of a Cheez-It cracker. Give them a try!

Past
“Let the past as nothing be.”
-Abraham Lincoln (1809 – 1865)
There is a wonderful saying that “The past is history, the future is a mystery, but this moment is a gift, and that is why it is called the present.” I don’t know who said that, but I smile every time I hear it. We can’t change the past – it’s water under the bridge, water over the dam, and whatever other old saying you want to apply to it! It doesn’t do us any good to dwell on our past misfortunes or mistakes, or beat ourselves up for our shortcomings. And it doesn’t serve us to live in an idyllic past, wishing for days gone by. We can’t go back. But we can go forward. We can learn from the past and make better choices for ourselves in the present, which will create a more promising future.

Daily Tarot: The Pope
Save those creative, foot-loose and fancy-free activities for another day and focus on the nuts and bolts. If you’ve been putting off doing something necessary but not fun, knock it out now and then feel accomplished when finished. You can earn a lot of regard and admiration for this. You won’t be allowed to keep too low a profile, so just step up and do what’s important for today. You should encounter no resistance.
