Happy Monday,

Our quote for today essentially refers to being true to yourself and being your own person. When we make a decision it is our alone to make. We may ask others for their opinion or advice but ultimately it’s up to us to do what’s best for ourselves. However, there will always be people who will question what we do. Remember that you owe no one an explanation (unless you want to) all that matters is that you are comfortable with the choices you make.

Thought For The Day: April 4, 2018 “Building Your Dream”

Everyone’s dreams are important….. yours, mine and theirs. Each of us is responsible for building our own and we can’t rely on others to do it for us. Sometimes we get suckered in to helping others  create their dream. They don’t care about your dream they just want you on board to help make theirs happen. This is not okay. Remember that your dream is just as important as theirs. if it meshes with yours… great! If not then make sure that you don’t let yours fall by the wayside. Our dreams create hope and energy which we need on this adventure we call life!

Happy Thursday,


Our thought for the day is a reminder that we are in charge of our own lives. We are capable of having our own goal and dream and capable of  achieving them. There will always be people who think they know what’s best for you. Sometimes we follow their “advice” because we feel like we have to or it’s what makes them happy. Your are your own person so be proactive in choosing  direction you go. It’s okay to listen to the advice you’re given but it’s up to you to sift through it and find what’s relevant to your situation or goal. Take those relevant pieces (if any) and use them to help create your nest stepping stone. It’s YOUR life so never be afraid to think for yourself.
