How many times do we sabotage ourselves from a lack of self-confidence? We are such powerful, creative people – and yet we doubt our own abilities! If we feel stuck, like we’re not getting anywhere – we have to look carefully to see what is holding us back. And most of the times, the answer is ourselves. When we have confidence, we can soar!
