In June ’tis good to lie beneath a tree
While the blithe season comforts every sense,
Steeps all the brain in rest, and heals the heart,
Brimming it o’er with sweetness unawares.

Spirit Library: Healing & Releasing the Past
In this time of profound expansion the incoming energies are greatly magnifying our collective and individual wounds and urging us to heal. What is emerging both individually and collectively are the recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour, which have suppressed the trauma, pain and suffering of the past.

Daily Dream Meaning: Hand
1. A hand that is open and pointing towards the sky is giving the “Fear not!” gesture of ancient times. Therefore, if you see this symbol, whether the hand is of a person or is totally disembodied, something that you’re afraid of is actually nothing to fear.
2. Beautiful, well-kept hands indicate satisfaction in life, while dirty hands indicate some kind of “mess” in your life that needs to be “cleaned up.”
3. Hands that are working diligently indicate success and good fortune through the dreamer’s own efforts.
4. Hands that caress the dreamer or someone else in the dream, including a pet, imply happiness in love, while hands that are waving in farewell indicate temporary separations.
5. Tied hands imply obstacles in attaining one’s goals, while shaking hands imply either a new friend or a reunion with an old one.
6. Injured or bandaged hands indicates delays in attaining one’s goals; look to other symbols in the dream to discern how these delays can be subverted, or, if they’re inevitable, how best the time during the delays can be spent.

Dragonfly (from Cat’s notes)
The Dragonfly symbolizes transformation and ease of adapting to life and it’s changes. These changes take root in our mental and emotional maturity and help us gain an understanding of life’s deeper meanings. When dragonfly shows up its message is “It’s your time to transform to a new level. Look beyond the surface and gain insight into the deeper aspects of life.” These flexible and adaptable creatures teach us to be light in spirit and if you find yourself stuck and in need of a new perspective then embrace your ability to adapt and find a new angle to attack the issue.
According to myth dragonflies were once thought to have once been dragons and if you look closely at their armored bodies you can see why our ancestors may have thought so. Of course, people also thought that dragonflies had teeth, which they don’t. However, they do have very strong mandibles. If you get a chance to sit and observe one you can actually hear their jaws snapping together as they catch insects.

Color Symbolism; Blue
The word for the color blue comes from the French word ‘bleu’. In Thailand, Japan and Korea the same word is used to describe the word blue and green. To describe blue, they use the actual shade, eg.

Inner Journey:
THERE’S HOPE!
“No matter how painful our early experiences were, our Essence cannot be harmed. Our Essence is waiting for the opportunity to reveal itself. In a very true sense, we are waiting for the opportunity to become ourselves. Our spirit is yearning to break free, to express itself …
“And yet, ironically, we always fear and resist opening to that which is most real in us. When we trust in the process and give ourselves over to it, however, our true nature comes forth. The result is real integrity, love, authenticity, creativity, understanding, guidance, joy, power, and serenity-all of the qualities we are forever demanding that personality supply.”

A Note from the Universe
Don’t all those goody-goodies who tell you that life is “how you take it” make you want to scream?!
Me too, but let’s have patience with them.
Life’s not about how you take it, it’s about the glory of living deliberately and crafting circumstances, magnetizing players and forging alliances, leveraging the Universe and engaging the magic so that you can have the sun, the moon, and the stars.
Shall we?

Feelings
“Our feelings are our most genuine paths to knowledge.”
-Audre Lorde, 1983
Our feelings are what guide us. Our natural attraction to certain areas of study leads us to higher learning. When we follow our instincts we find opportunities for ourselves that help us to achieve our goals, and to make our visions a reality

Daily Tarot: The Fool
This is one of those days when everything is up in the air and you doubt that you could do much even if you tried. Nonetheless, things can go well when some unexpected good luck comes your way. Your carefree attitude can attract some unexpected help to keep you going and to make things interesting if not fun. Uncertainty can be inspiring in its own way.
