Now, from the thick grass, the fireflies
begin to rise:
up, then down, then up again:
lit on the ascending flight,
drifting simultaneously to the same height,
exactly like the bubbles in champagne.

Spiritual Unite: Seal Spirit Animal Meaning – Being Honest With Yourself

It is also a reminder to pay attention to your imagination – and your dreams.
ThoughtCo: Ley Lines: Magical Energy of the Earth
Ley lines are believed by many people to be a series of metaphysical connections that link a number of sacred sites around the world. Essentially, these lines form a sort of grid or matrix and are composed of the earth’s natural energies
MBG: This Energetic Imbalance Could Be Making Your Gut Health Issues Worse
Digestive issues are among the most common complaints I see in my private practice. Getting your digestion in check can be a lengthy, complex process—one that requires dietary modifications, stress management, and lifestyle tweaks. On a more energetic level, I believe addressing the solar plexus chakra is also essential
Today’s Deity: Silvanus
Silvanus meaning “of the woods” in Latin) was a Roman tutelary deity of woods and fields. As protector of the forest (sylvestris deus), he especially presided over plantations and delighted in trees growing wildHe is also described as a god watching over the fields and husbandmen, protecting in particular the boundaries of fields. The similarly named Etruscan deity Selvans may be a borrowing of Silvanus, or not even related in origin
MNN: 11 natural mosquito bite remedies
Want to ditch that annoying itch? Try these home treatments
Though some mosquitoes can carry the West Nile virus or the now-infamous Zikavirus, most mosquito bites will do nothing more than cause an itch, which in itself can be absolutely maddening. Luckily, natural (and not so natural) mosquito bite remedies can provide itch relief so you can get back to enjoying the great outdoors this summer.
EarthSky News: Moon and Spica on June 11 and 12
On June 11 and 12, 2019, use the waxing gibbous moon to find Spica, the brightest star in the constellation Virgo the Maiden. In fact, Spica is Virgo’s one and only 1st-magnitude star. Although the bright moon will wipe out a number of fainter stars from the canopy of night tonight, bright Spica should withstand the moonlit glare. If you have trouble seeing Spica, place your finger over the moon and look for a bright star nearby
Patheos-Pagan: Quick ways to Ground and Shield
The world seems like it’s spinning ever faster, and that people are spinning along with it. One of the first questions I ask someone who is feeling discombobulated (after checking their breathing and hydration levels) is: have you grounded and shielded? Most of the time, I get the bewildered, no?! And then we work quickly to get that done. It makes a difference in this harried world.
LIVING IN HARMONY
“Peace comes not from the absence of conflict, but from the ability to cope with it.”
— Unknown Source
Angeles Arrien says that life will be simple if we follow the four-fold way counselled by indigenous peoples:
1. Show up, being present with all four mental, emotional, physical and spiritual intelligences.
2. Pay attention to what has heart and meaning.
3. Tell the truth without blame or judgment.
4. Be open to outcome, not attached to outcome.
“Peace is not won by those who fiercely guard their differences, but by those who with open minds and hearts seek out connections.”
— Katherine Paterson

“Words make another place, a place to escape to with your spirit alone.”
We all know what it feels like to get lost in a really good book. What magic there is in that! What a gift that is available to us, to be able to share our thoughts and feelings and experiences with each other – to express our concerns and joys. All this is possible because we have the words to do it. It doesn’t matter if it is the spoken word, or the written word – written on a computer or by hand – in block letters, a smothe cursive, or even Braille! Words help us to learn more about ourselves, and about each other.
Daily Tarot: The Tower
If any problems arise today, they will probably come out of being careless about something simple and normally no trouble at all. Carelessness is the chief threat to having things go smoothly. Even if only small things are lost, broken, or need to be redone, it can make tomorrow even more of a mess than today might be. Pay attention to details, take your time and do your best.
