Happy Monday,

The new year means that we make “resolutions” designed to make us better, healthier, more active etc. Most of these “resolutions” last only a short time as we become too busy, too lazy or simply lose interest.

But here’s something to think about. What IF our “resolutions” consisted of “Doing things that made us feel alive, brought us joy or peace or just what makes our spirits sing? Be vibrant, be alive, be yourself!

I’m trying to remember this as life keeps trying to knock me down at every turn. Finding that ONE GOOD THING everyday is important. Sometimes it’s what keeps you going. It brings hope and reminds you that you’re not alone. It brings a spark of joy or love that warms your spirit. Even the small sparks are healing if we are willing to search them out within.
