Thought For The Day: Nov. 9, 2017 “Cuddles and Hugs”

Happy Thursday ,

Depression can afflict anyone at any time. it doesn’t care about age, race, religion, gender or social status. It can visit for a short time or it can overstay it’s visit and be hard to get rid of. There are tons of meds out there and sometimes they actually work, but more often than not they are simply a band aid cure. There are natural things that can help, exercise, getting 10-20 minutes a day of sun on your face and hands and herbal remedies. But did you know that a hug or cuddle session can help as well? Remember… a good friend or partner will never think less of you for asking for a hug and who knows.. they might even need one too!
