Thought For The Day: Jan. 30, 2018 “Healing Ourselves”

Happy Tuesday,

We can’t always expect spiritual help from others so we must be proactive about helping ourselves. Within each of us lives the ability to be our own healer. The first and most challenging step is to quiet the mind chatter. Mind chatter is sometimes our own worst enemy. It tells us things like “I can’t”, “It’s useless to”, ” Don’t bother” and hundreds of other varieties of  harmful self talk. The truth is that YOU know what you need and by taking time to focus on quieting the mind, (ground, center, clear) the answers and wisdom will be free to come to you. Remember my peeps…. you have the skills so never be afraid to use them on your own behalf!
