Change is a normal part of life and we all go through periods of change Some we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening.  During times of change the nature and direction of our thoughts plays an important role. If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by filling and surrounding ourselves with positive and confident energy we are able to set aside our worries and concerns. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement.
