34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with every fiber of our being. Our spiritual helpers have so much to share with us and it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is headed your way. 1011: Everyday we handcraft create our personal  reality through our thoughts and beliefs. By focusing on the good things we ultimately draw more of the same towards us. Just like a negative focus draws negative things. Remember, negative thoughts are normal (we all have them) and they should never be dismissed out of hand. The key here is to acknowledge and examine them, look for the “WHY” you feel that way, and release it to the Universe. Today we are being asked to engage our creative side, do something fun or that brings you joy and to avoid addictive behaviors and toxic situations or people. 830: Today is a good time for a little meditation and self-care and the Universe is asking you to hold a little light and simply be at ease. Enjoy the beauty of nature or soothing music and fill your mind with your favorite energizing, soothing, or healing color. These are different for everyone, personally, I like watery blue-green or aqua and soft pinks, so whatever color speaks to you today just enjoy it! Personal quiet time plays an essential role in your emotional and spiritual well-being. Use that quiet place to relax and reset. Too often we forget or put off doing something just for ourselves so a bubble bath for the soul is always a good thing to indulge in!

Chalcedony brings the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger, or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Ulexite (TV stone). This clear stone helps to burn away mental fog and promotes clarity of vision and thinking. It can be used during meditation and to promote relaxation.

Today’s Message: Hidden Gems

825:  We’ve been working with faith, confidence, and intuition and today we are being asked to add self-honesty to the mix and put them to work on a different level. There are times when we need to step back and look at where we are and what surrounds us and today is one of those times. To move forward we need to make choices and decisions that speak to our personal truth. It’s time to gently let go of the things that are draining your time and energy (people, situations, and things we have outgrown) in favor of more positive pursuits. Having faith in yourself helps us to move forward, and having the confidence to use your intuition as a guide helps us to find and embrace new and better things. Stay focused and keep your mind open as this will help you see the hidden “gems” along our path!

These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision-making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement.  It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which helps us to focus.

Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem-solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

Gentle Seraphinite helps to clear the heart chakra and opens us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best help us on our path.
