The moving Moon went up the sky,

Daily Dream Meaning:
Crowds:
1. Dreaming of actually being part of an orderly and purposeful crowd implies aspirations in tune with those around you and support and assistance in making all your dreams a reality.
2. If you’re not actually involved with the crowd, however, you may feel as if you’re “on the outside looking in” with regard to what’s going on in your immediate circle.
3. An angry, out-of-control mob implies turbulent emotions. You need to slow down, take a look at your feelings, and do what you can to make sense of them.

Daily Good: Do Not Lose Heart — We Were Made for These Times
Clarissa Pinkola Estes stirringly invites us to embrace the moment we are in with all of its fear, uncertainty, and turmoil. She says, “I too have felt despair many times in my life, but I do not keep a chair for it…In any dark time, there is a tendency to veer toward fainting over how much is wrong or unmended in the world. Do not focus on that. Do not make yourself ill with overwhelm.” This passage calls us to constructive action — and recalls us to our deepest purpose.{ read more }

MNN: How to help hummingbirds in winter
Hummingbirds get little relief from hunger, thanks to the fastest metabolism of any vertebrate animal. Native plant nectar is usually their best food source, but since hummingbirds can starve after just a few hours without food, humans often lend a hand.

Inner Journey:
LOOK INSIDE FOR DIRECTION
“If you see your path laid out in front of you — Step one, Step two, Step three — you only know one thing… it is not your path. Your path is created in the moment of action. If you can see it laid out in front of you, you can be sure it is someone else’s path. That is why you see it so clearly.”
— Joseph Campbell
What? No one to follow? Now that’s a scary thought!
And yet, that’s what life asks each of us to do – to chart our own path. We are each unique. We’re told our uniqueness is our gift to the world. And so why would we even want to follow in someone else’s footsteps?
Can we trust ourselves to carve our own trail?
“To know how to choose a path with heart is to learn how to follow intuitive feeling.”
— Jean Shinoda Bolen

A Note from the Universe
If you just start dancing, I can assure you, by the powers vested in me (more than you could ever imagine), the music will be added. As will the partners, the giant disco ball, and whatever else you like.
But I must warn you, “start” is not to be confused with “start and then stop to see if anything happens.” Nope, that’s “I’m scared, tired, and not sure what I really want.”
I mean “start” as in “never stop, never look back, because even if I make a ‘mistake,’ at least I still get to dance.”
Do your thing and I’ll do mine.

Reason
“Let Reason, not impulse, be your guide.”
-Kahlil Gibran (1883-1931)
I like this because Gibran used a capital “R” for reason – and I think that’s significant. We have a head, and we have a heart. We are at our best when we can use the two of them together. Reason with a little “r” might just be thinking, using our heads. But Reason with a big “R” connects the heart. Our heart can be impulsive, and our head can be impulsive – but Reason allows us that time for consideration, that time for thoughtfulness. It brings us balance, and peace of mind.
