ThoughtCo: How to Hold a God/Goddess Healing Ritual
This ritual is one which can be done on behalf of an ill friend or family member. They do not have to be present for you to do this ritual. In many traditions, it is customary to at least ask permission before doing healing (or any other sort of) magic. However, it is often acceptable to assume you have implied permission-

MBG: Here’s A Calming Meditation Ideal For Overwhelmed Water Signs
Water signs are the sensitive, empathic, and emotional folks of the zodiac. They’re not only acutely aware of their own emotions, but often the emotions of others as well. And while their heightened sensitivity is part of what makes Pisces’, Cancers, and Scorpios such deep lovers, all that depth can make it very easy to get overwhelmed.

Buddhist monks wake up every morning, at approximately 4 a.m. while the stars are still out and the world appears to be peacefully sleeping.
Although this might sound shockingly early to some, it is widely believed that people who regularly practice meditation require far less sleep than the average eight hours

EarthSky News: Moon, Castor, Pollux, Procyon on March 5
As darkness falls on March 5, 2020, let the waxing gibbous moon introduce you to three bright stars. Look for the constellation Gemini’s two brightest stars, Castor and Pollux, to the north of the moon. They’re sometimes called the Gemini twins, even though they don’t look alike.

Inner Journey:
MAKING LIFE OUR OWN
“Life is not lost by dying; life is lost minute by minute, day by dragging day, in all the thousand small uncaring ways.”
— Stephen Vincent Benet
What’s needed for a new relationship with time and life?
Intention — Get really clear about what you want.
Desire — How much do you want something new for yourself? Know your motivation. Desire brings the energy for change.
Belief and/or willingness to trust you can have what you want. If belief is lacking, can you believe in the possibility that you can find a new way of living?
Perseverance, discipline — It takes time and effort to change attitudes and habits. We can’t expect a new life overnight.
Acceptance, both of what’s happening now and of who we are. Until we honestly and openly accept our present situation, we cannot change it.
A willingness to try something new.
“It is so easy to waste our lives: our days, our hours, our minutes. … It is so easy to exist instead of live. Unless you know there is a clock ticking. So many of us changed our lives when we heard a biological clockand decided to have kids. But that sound is a murmur compared to the tolling of mortality.”

Evolution
“Social evolution is the resultant of the interaction of two wholly distinct factors: the individual… bearing all the power of initiative and origination in his hands; and, second, the social environment, with its power of adopting or rejecting both him and his gifts. Both factors are essential to change. The community stagnates without the impulse of the individual. The impulse dies away without the sympathy of the community.”
-William James (1842-1910)
We’re all connected. For society to evolve, its individuals must evolve. In order for individuals to evolve, we must be supported by society. Our growth goes hand in hand. When you look at how certain trends arise, you can find some examples of just how this works. Yoga has been around for centuries, but it is just recently here in the west that it has become something of a phenomenon! It seems like there are yoga studios popping up everywhere. And how cool is that? Maybe as more individuals become vegetarians, we will have more vegetarian restaurants to choose from. The relationship between the individual and society can create remarkable evolution!
