Thought For The Day: April 6, 2020 “No Stress”

Happy Monday,

Just a reminder today on dealing with stress. Yes, we have some major things to be stressed about right now. BUT most of these things are beyond our control. It’s important to remember this. Do what you can, make the most of what you have and don’t struggle with things you can’t control. Above all remember to just breathe, your mental health and inner peace are worth it.
