Daily Dream Meaning: Running (away from something)
1. Something in the dreamer’s life is difficult to face, and the dreamer would rather run away from it than face it.
2. If such a situation is not readily recognized by the dreamer, looking to the other symbols in the dream should give the answer.

Elephant Journal: An Ode to my Pets during Quarantine.
To my pets,
We’ve lived together in this same apartment for eight years—that’s four heartbeats, 14 legs, and a lot of fur all under one roof. Upon reflection, I didn’t realize how much I loved you until the quarantine hit.
MNN: Whales are basking in newfound silence
With so many cities in lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic, the world has become a quieter place. There are fewer people on the streets, fewer cars on the roads and less activity everywhere. In some places, animals are flourishing as they tentatively explore a calmer planet.

Open to the new
“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”
— Alvin Toffler
How willing are you to learn something new? How open are you to new perspectives?
When we are open, we are willing to move to places we’ve never been before. We are willing to continually review our belief systems so we can test out new ideas.
Be open to seeing things:
– from another’s point of view,
– from a higher and more inclusive perspective
– with a beginner’s attitude of wonder.
“I am always in quest of being open to what the universe will bring me.”
— Jill Bolte Taylor
A Note from the Universe
When it comes to “having it all,” many fine, young souls take issue with the word “have.” They’re concerned about the concept of ownership. Their soul is taunted with guilt for the pleasure it derives from material things. And they quiver at the thought of others having less than they have.
Of course, such righteous and selfless thoughts are a significant contributor to the creation of lack in a world of endless abundance, but they’ll learn.
Today’s Recipe: Witchin’ in the Kitchen: Dill Pickle Pasta Salad for Salty Witches
I’m not one to often crave sweets. Nay, I’m a Salty Witch* with a fierce salt-tooth that must be fed. During the pandemic lock-down, my favorite comfort food has been this sour and savory, chilled pasta salad. It just soothes the complex needs of my emotional saltiness.

“This World is not Conclusion.
A Sequel stands beyond –
Invisible, as Music –
But positive, as Sound.”
-Emily Dickinson (1862)
I just love this! We close our eyes and it is there, beautiful music – undeniable. It’s that faith that even though we can’t see something, it exists. It is within it, it is all around us.
Daily Tarot: The Wheel of Fortune
The Wheel of Fortune shows that your love life is constantly rotating and changing. As the carnival barker proclaims: “Round and round and round it goes; where it will stop, nobody knows!” Part of the excitement is the uncertainty. Luck is on your side, but you have to have faith that everything that’s happening right now is for the best
