Now summer is in flower and nature’s hum
Is never silent r’ound her sultry bloom
Insects as small as dust are never done
Wi’ glittering dance and reeling in the sun
And green wood fly and blossom haunting bee
Are never weary of their melody.

Daily Good: The Taste of Wild Water
“There is a special kind of shadow that happens in deep woods that are old and have been left
undisturbed. Underneath the canopy of ancient hardwood trees the greens are deeper, the soil
blacker, the smells richer. And there is a shadow that is over everything, calling out that there is a deeper world than the human of which we are a part. Something came out of that place and entered my body. I felt more whole, more human, more loved, more a part of the world. And in some indefinable way I knew who I was.” Stephen Harrod Buhner shares more in this beautiful essay. { read more }

EarthSky News: Young moon after sunset June 22, 23 and 24
For the next several evenings – June 22, 23 and 24, 2020 – seek for the young and slender waxing crescent moon in your western sky after sundown. Finding an unobstructed western horizon will be most helpful – especially on June 22 – because the whisker-thin lunar crescent will sit low in the west at sunset and will follow the sun beneath the horizon shortly thereafter. Most likely, the thin crescent will set before nightfall.

Inner Journey:
SHIFTING CONSCIOUSNESS
“The world we are experiencing today is the result of our collective consciousness, and if we want a new world, each of us must start taking responsibility for helping create it.”
— Rosemary Fillmore Rhea
Below are 7 levels of consciousness that clearly outline a path for our evolving consciousness:
• tribal and mass consciousness – one obeys the group and lives by trial and error
• individual consciousness – one develops a stronger sense of self and ego
• seeker’s consciousness – one asks questions and seeks independence
• intuitive consciousness – one develops the heart and is becoming spiritually aware
• group consciousness – one serves a higher good filling the needs of others
• soul consciousness – one experiences spiritual service.
On which level do you spend most of your time? What are you doing to shift to the next level of being?
There are as many paths to understanding, awareness, peace, freedom, love and meaningful service as there are people. Enjoy your journey!
“Consciousness is not just some by-product of the human brain mass. Consciousness is all pervasive. It is in everything and is everywhere. Your individual human consciousness exists within and is a part of a universal consciousness.”
— Delfin Knowledge System

A Note from the Universe
Just as you may now think, with some amusement, about prior civilizations who thought your earth was flat, there will be others, in the not too distant future, who will reel in disbelief that there was ever a time when abundance wasn’t seen as spiritual, where a dream’s manifestation wasn’t considered inevitable, and that there were multitudes who knew so little of their importance, their power, and of how deeply they were loved.

Good
“What good shall I do today?
What good have I done today?”
-Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
Benjamin Franklin used to start his day with the first question, and end his day with the second. He consciously set out to do good, every single day. And he checked back with himself to make sure that he followed through. It was important to him. Good here is a noun, used in the way that he wanted to make some contribution. We’ve seen the grand contributions that Franklin has made to the world, but I’m sure that given his philosophy, there was much more good that he did that we are not aware of: lives he touched, people he helped. What a wonderful example to us!

Daily Tarot: Strength
Act with boldness, but not too much, and make this an easy and productive day. If something challenging or unexpected arises at work or with family, be receptive and stand your ground. Don’t push back until you know what it is you’re up against. Then if needed, give as well as you get. You can do this tactfully.
