Thought For The Day: July 6, 2020 “Don’t Worry”

Happy Monday,

We all worry, it’s just human nature. On Friday we talked about time and how we often waste it on things we shouldn’t. Worry is one of those things. It’s a good thing to acknowledge the fears and concerns that cause us to worry. But it’s not a good thing to get stuck in them. I like to equate worry to a whirlpool because it’s easy to get sucked in and quite often hard to get out of.Β  Remember that the things we worry about often work themselves out if we simply set them aside. Have faith in yourself and in your abilities to make things work out.

  1. So true, Cat πŸ’œ πŸ’œ πŸ’œ I haven’t slept last night – again. I think I have to change my daily (or sleeping) routines. So that I wake up early in the morning and go to sleep also early πŸ˜” At least I try. 😴 Sleeping btw 21:00 – 00.00 is the time, when our heart is also sleeping (having rest) ❀️ I am having bad habit to listen some music when I feel down. That is always cheering me up 🎡 Have a beautiful day 🌻 🌻 🌻

  2. I think it’s coming also from that heat -season. It takes a long time my body remains (believes) back to normal, after that horrible heat 😰. Some people are suffering from it more. I love the weather now: Sunny 🌞 but only + 17 degrees. My aunt was taken to the hospital this morning, she is suffering from Potassium deficiency (drinking to much water on a hot day πŸ”₯ + πŸ₯›, and not enough salty food) She is gonna come home tomorrow. ✨ ❀️ People who are having a weak heart ( and older people) are really suffering.
