Today’s Message: Finding Our Courage

223:  Speaking up and standing up for ourselves can be a little intimidating. However, if we truly want to be successful in our personal evolution and make our dreams happen it’s definitely necessary. Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self-expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spirit Helpers are behind you all the way. If you need courage or help to find your voice ask your angels for help.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us and teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain provides courage and direction as we navigate life’s ups and downs. He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things. while his “big brother” energy surrounds us with loving protection.  He can also help us when dealing with those well-meaning people who try to push us away from our path.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector, she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Blue Lace Agate helps us to create and maintain balance during times of stress. It helps us to find our voice when indecision is a factor, allowing us to  freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner.

Blue Quartz. This stone brings peace and helps to lift the spirit. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self sabotaging thoughts and actions.
