223:  Speaking up and standing up for ourselves can be a little intimidating. However, if we truly want to be successful in our personal evolution and making our dreams happen it’s definitely necessary. Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spiritual Helpers are behind you all the way. If you need courage or help finding your voice ask your angels for help.

Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain provides courage and direction as we navigate life’s ups and downs. The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

111: The new month starts off with a bang and today’s number, 111, embodies the powers of prosperity and manifestation. 11 is a master number that tells us to monitor our thoughts so that we can make things happen all across the board. The number 1 by itself is also dominant and corresponds to our confidence, personal awareness. motivation and independence. Match your thoughts to your desires and send that energy out into the universe. Any fears or doubts should be released to the divine realm to be dealt with by the angels. Do not allow yourself to focus on them at this time or they could manifest into reality. The message from the Universe today says, “Do not be swayed by fear or negativity. Today’s Message: A Caring Balance

723: Today is a self-care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.  

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away? 
  • Are you achieving a balance between work and your personal life? 
  • Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?

Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand.  They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Today’s Message: It’s About Perspective

617: We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

 423: Our spirit helpers are part of our support system and they help us navigate through life’s ups and downs. The key to their assistance is simple….just ask. If we don’t ask they are unable to step in without our permission to do so. Once we have asked for their assistance we must also do our part to make things happen and keep the energy flowing. Take opportunities when they present themselves and stay strong in your faith in the universe and in yourself. Remember that the key lies within you. Make time for a self-check and ask yourself:

Am I where I want to be on my path?

What can I let go of to make my journey easier?

319: Today the angels are asking us to review the ways that we can help others. This can be as simple as lending a helping hand to a friend, family member, neighbor or even stranger. You can pay someone a compliment, give a hug, a smile or just be a listener. Sometimes the best service we can provide is by simply setting a good example or just being a good listener Every day we inspire others even though we may not be aware of doing so. Through patience, compassion, and positive focus we can help ourselves and others lead healthier and more peaceful lives. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most and make the biggest impact!
