Today’s Message:  Working With The Ascended Masters

103: Today we will be working with the Ascended Masters. Their message is pretty simple ” Call upon us anytime and know without a doubt that your thoughts and intentions are fully supported.” The goal is to stay focused on making forward progress and allowing yourself to grow. The things that are going on in your life now will help in your quest for personal evolution. If you need assistance ask for what you need and there is no request that is too small or too large. Pay attention to the guidance that you receive, especially when your intuition gives you a nudge. These promptings will guide you along your path and provide direction and insight. You can do this and the Universe is here to help!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

 Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own.

Jesus: Divine guidance and communication, direction, forgiveness.

Saint Germain: Life Purpose, direction.

Saint Padre Pio: Healing/healers, spiritual growth.

Saint Therese: Healing, spiritual counseling.

Serapis Bey: Loving care, spiritual insight or peace

Solomon: Helps you do things better and more efficiently.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle with yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creative process and help others along the way.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

 Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature, it also brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well-being.

 Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.
