Today the Universe is asking us to explore bold new ways to assist in our transformation. Embrace your power as a creator and believe without a doubt that you are able to walk the path of your choosing. Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth while promoting new ideas.

Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings the rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted.  It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

Larimar helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky-blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. Yesterday’s self-care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start.

Today’s Message: Be Kind, Unwind

  1014:  Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self-check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for a while, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this, I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc. followed by a sense of relief.

 The Ascended Master Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self-care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

 Azurite-Malachite, this powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focus on the acceptance of our own power which can also help to reduce our stress levels.

Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self-doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.
