Today’s Message: Finding Balance

118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today. This is a reminder that doing this regularly is always in our best interest and is an important part of our self-care routine. Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and that tipping the scales in either direction causes imbalance. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self discovery. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. 1119: Today the Universe is asking us to focused on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones. The last year has been stressful for most of us so it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with finding peace within yourself. The Universe and it’s helpers are here to help us. They are reminding us that when we are at peace with ourselves we feel better, this can be achieved through self care, setting boundaries or by simply stepping back. 1114: Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care. The Universe knows that it’s hard to be positive all the time, and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that our self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary? try replacing IF with WHEN and BUT with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you

Today’s Message:   Just Breathe

1014:  Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”
Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

830: Today is a good time for a little meditation and self-care and the Universe is asking you to hold a little light and simply be at ease. Enjoy the beauty of nature or soothing music and fill your mind with your favorite energizing, soothing, or healing color. These are different for everyone, personally, I like watery blue-green or aqua and soft pinks, so whatever color speaks to you today just enjoy it! Personal quiet time plays an essential role in your emotional and spiritual well-being. Use that quiet place to relax and reset. Too often we forget or put off doing something just for ourselves so a bubble bath for the soul is always a good thing to indulge in!

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith. 731: As the month of July comes to a close take a moment to give yourself a big hug. You’ve done a lot of work recently so be sure to acknowledge your personal growth and evolution. This is an important part of your self-care routine, so don’t sell yourself short. Celebrate your wins and the effort you put forth. Today the Angels are telling us that the work we have done is paying off even if the results aren’t visible yet. Continue the self-care routine from yesterday and focus on centering and balancing as this will be important in the new month. The Universe wants you to know that you have grown in ways that you can’t begin to imagine (yet).. so stay focused, confident and above all believe in yourself!

730: The Universe is inviting us to indulge in a little self-care today. In order to hear and receive both divine guidance, as well as our own, we must take care of ourselves. This involves keeping our energy field clear so that we can stay focused and centered. Every day our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. This balance is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center, and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new, and even blow a few dandelions. Today’s Message: A Caring Balance

723: Today is a self-care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.  

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away? 
  • Are you achieving a balance between work and your personal life? 
  • Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?

Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand.  They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can refresh and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center.
