Happy Monday,

Today is about taking a moment to truly see the beauty around us. Think Men In Black “The stars….. we never really look at them anymore, but they really are quite beautiful”. Everyday our attention is held hostage by an overabundance of things. The 4 walls of our work cubical, chauffeuring people around, or just jam-packing as much as we can into our day. The challenge for today is to find something, anything that opens your mind and senses to the beauty in the world. Let that beauty refresh and heal your spirit…..

Beauty surrounds no matter what season we are currently experiencing. It’s up to us to see and acknowledge it. As adults we often find ourselves wearing blinders as we navigate a world filled with work, stress, and what feels like too little time.  By taking the time to find beauty in the world around us it can help take the edge off the adult world. What did you see today that made you smile, or found interesting, or even made you go AAhhhhhh? Those things are there we just need to be present and look!
