Words have power and today is a reminder to choose them carefully. The phrase “I Wish” means “probably not going to happen” while the phrase “I Will” means that you are focused on making it happen. “I Am and I Can” are also excellent power phrases. Choose your words and set the creative process in action. You can do this!

Did you know that your “self speak” matters? If you tell yourself that you can’t or won’t do something, even if it’s something you REALLY want to do, you have just set yourself up for failure. You’re better than that! This is like Zootopia, where anyone can be anything.  I challenge you today to watch your self- speak. Before you say can’t or won’t think about it and choose another from our list below. New adventures are around every corner just waiting for you to be courageous enough to believe in…………. and today is that day!
