118: The Universe is urging us perform a balance check today. Regularly doing so is always in our best interest and is an essential part of our self-care routine. Remember, there is a fine line between giving and receiving, and tipping the scales in either direction causes imbalance. Giving away too much of ourselves leads to skyrocketing stress levels, leaving us drained and tired., taking too much from others not only depletes them but also shifts our energy from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find yourself tipping scales in either direction, take the time to and center yourself, and make the necessary adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help open the doors to new opportunities you might otherwise miss., staying balanced means having more energy to pursue your and goals.

Archangel Raphael instructs us that through our spiritual journey, we can heal ourselves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith. This process opens our spiritual eyes, allowing us to recognize our blessings and make room for new opportunities through the process of clearing out. 13: We are powerful creators and as such we have the ability to create a life that makes our spirits sing.  During the last year we may have forgotten this. However it’s time to resurrect this important aspect of ourselves. It is through our beliefs, actions, and thoughts that we find ourselves able to step more fully into our power and help ourselves on our quest for personal evolution. Today the Universe is asking us to be the creators we are meant to be by stepping up and taking control of our destiny by initiating new growth and embracing new experiences. Remember that the creation process isn’t easy and sometimes isn’t for sissies. However, by having faith in ourselves (and in the Universe) we are able to handle these tough decisions and situations by going with the flow rather than fighting against them. Today’s Message: A Universal Year

11: Welcome to the new year which is offering us both a new cycle and the ending of an old one. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are born to shine so embrace your power as a creator and harness the energy of the new month. This will help us to create new things for ourselves that will fill the gaps where we may have slacked off last year. If you are starting the new year feeling drained remember to give yourself time to reset and regain your balance (ground- center- clear). It will be through our patience and perseverance that we will find the strength to create much from very little. You don’t need to expend a lot of energy just focus and send your requests out into the universe. Help is always available!

The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum and blocks our creative power. For those who are struggling, we are being reminded that help and support are available by turning our emotional stress, fears, and worries over to the Universe. By letting go and simply letting things be we feel better and we gain clarity and perspective. Invite your creative mind to come forward as this effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes your energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Dalmation Stone. This lighthearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health, and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth. Creativity promotes clarity and can be used as a form of meditation that opens our lines of communication. The key lies in remembering that these messages can come in any form. Keep an open mind and don’t casually dismiss something as unimportant as it may hold valuable information designed to help you.

He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need.   Dioptase helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

Ask yourself, “How did I or How am I handling them?” Am I fighting it or am I rolling with it? Remember that fighting change ties up your energy and slows the manifestation process.
