Today’s Message: Just Breathe

1119: Today the Universe is asking us to focus on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones. If the last year has been stressful it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with finding peace within yourself. The Universe and it’s helpers are here to help us. They are reminding us that when we are at peace with ourselves we feel better, this can be achieved through self care, setting boundaries or by simply stepping back. Sometimes it’s through alone time and sometimes it’s created by spending quality time with family or close friends, so whatever works for you is the RIGHT way. Start the day with a little grounding and centering to find your calm spot and carry it with you today and remember…….. just breathe!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. The gentle energy of Blue Lace Agate helps our overall communication skills by teaching us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner. it also allows us to find balance and emotional calm during times of stress. This stone is associated with the Archangel Zadkiel.

Today’s Message: Receiving Information

1112: The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. Use these repeated cues to improve yourself or if you feel trapped by old patterns. There comes a time when we must let go of the things that no longer serve us. (habits, beliefs, things, feelings, relationships etc.) Remember that we are always a work in progress and that by hanging on to the old effectively blocks our path. In order to move forward we need the room that letting go provides. Remember that baby steps are the key to making successful changes. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Start your day by affirming that you eager to move forward and then open yourself to receive the messages the Universe has to share.

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. Today’s Message: Check Your Balance

118: We are entering the season of gratitude and the keyword for today is balance. In order for things to fall into place and move forward, we must find a balance between giving and receiving. Today we are being asked to perform a self check-up. Are you balanced or are you “wobbly” and tipping the scales in either direction? By maintaining this balance we are allowing the Divine flow of abundance and prosperity to go out and then return to us. This also helps us during periods of change and personal transformation. Our ability to stay balanced brings us untold blessings, opportunities and other goodies that we need to prosper. Stay centered and focused as you allow things to come full circle.

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. Today’s Message: Peace of Mind

117: We start the day with a big hug from our angels. They are simply letting us know that we are on the right path and that the work we are doing is paying off. Don’t be discouraged if the results aren’t visible just yet and they are reminding us to have patience. The key is to remember that you are in charge of creating YOUR reality and to look for the “hidden gem” in any given situation. Even if things don’t go quite as planned look for that one (or more) positive thing that happened and use that a steppingstone to ensure your forward momentum. Ground, center and clear as needed because your peace of mind assists your energy level and keeps the positive vibes free flowing!

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. 1027: Today the Universe is giving us a vacation day from the inner work that we have been doing. It’s a great time to show yourself a little love and recharge those spiritual batteries. Ground, clear and center, meditate, take yourself to lunch or a movie, buy yourself a present or just kick back with a good book or even take a nature walk. On days like this our connection with the Divine tends to be relaxed and open. They provide the needed mental reset necessary for the next steps along your path. Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings the rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted.  It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

Larimar helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky-blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. 1015: Fall is a transformative season that embodies change. As we travel life’s path our beliefs and overall perceptions go through periods of change and growth. The Universe is letting us know that we are entering one of these periods now. These coming changes will benefit both ourselves and our loved ones and will have a powerful impact on what we do in the future. Yesterday’s self-care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. Unplug for a while, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this, I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc. followed by a sense of relief.

 The Ascended Master Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self-care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

 Azurite-Malachite, this powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focus on the acceptance of our own power which can also help to reduce our stress levels.

Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self-doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Expect the Unexpected

1013:  As we learn to open ourselves to receive divine guidance and messages it’s only fair to point out that sometimes we are given information that we don’t understand. Sometimes this is information that we need now, while other times it’s meant to be stored away for future reference. So why would this happen? Well… this is the Universe’s way of giving you a heads up and helping you to prepare for the next step. Our Angels are always available to help you clarify the information that you have received and aren’t sure of. If you are experiencing confusion over a received message, ask them to help clarify the meaning and make room for new information by turning over any worries or concerns that you have that pertain to current issues. Pay attention to the clues you are given and look for answers in unexpected places.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

 The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow.  Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

  The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need without the unnecessary backwash. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system, we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing, and you know in your heart when something is good and right.

Our Sacred Stones for today include:

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision-making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which help us to focus.

 Howlite helps us to formulate our plans to and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self-sabotaging thoughts and actions. This stone is associated with Archangel Sandalphon.
