Our thought for today is about anger and violence which are things we have seen a lot of in the past year. The thing to remember is that we will never seen eye to eye with every single person. We have our own opinions, thoughts, feelings and ways of doing things. It’s what makes us individuals. When we disagree with others anger can often take over and can result in violent encounters and words. Before lashing out stop and think, just breathe and remember that violence can’t be undone Remember. that we are all capable of being peacemakers and peace warriors. You’ve totally got this!

There are beautiful things to see and experience. There are scary and exciting rapids that we must cross to get to our next destination.
