We start the week with a reminder about the beauty that surrounds us and the miracle of nature. The first snow fall of the year is a magical time as Mother Nature sprinkles these tiny perfect creations and decorates the world. As snow blankets the landscape it is transformed into a pristine and somehow alien artwork. It reminds us that even something simple and small can bring great transformation. Today is a great time to look for the joy in all that is small and simple.
When things seem to be a mess we often push gratitude aside. While being grateful is always important I think that it is more so now. We truly do have so much to be grateful for even if they are “small things”. Collect these “small things ” and as a whole they become something much larger. Embrace gratitude today and see how wealthy you really are!
I just want to wish all of my US friends and readers a very Happy Thanksgiving! This year has been a difficult one. But even during these crazy times we have so much to be thankful for. However you are celebrating this day be sure to give thanks for the small things and the tiny miracles because right now they are the big things that matter.
I find this quote to be pretty spot on for the events currently taking place. Heroes are everywhere although most seem to fall under the radar and go unnoticed. Right now we are being shown more ugly than good, and there SO many good people out there trying to make a difference. If this quote resonates with you remember that the biggest things grow from starting small. Be a super-hero today and inspire one person, a stranger, a friend, a family member or a co-worker. Heroes often lead by example so keep doing the small things that make a difference, because you never know who your actions will touch!
Today is a reminder to look for joy in the small things. Joy is not found in how much stuff you have or how much money you spend. It is not found by how many likes you get on a social media post. True joy lives within each of us. It is a choice that we make when we clearly see what truly matters. If you have been feeling down challenge yourself to find 3 small things that brought you joy today. Joy is everywhere if we open our minds and hearts!

The small things add up!~Cat
88: By living in and embracing the “Attitude of Gratitude” we effectively draw prosperity and abundance into our lives. Even if we can only find that “One Good Thing” in a situation we can use it to create a foundation that can be built upon. The key lies in acknowledging all of our blessings and expressing our feelings of gratitude to what we have and what is offered. Small things add up as they help us to draw more positives into our lives. Remember that you must do the work to make things happen, however by sitting back and waiting you’ll miss out. Today the angels are sending us a big high five. Their message is “Embrace your gratitude and you will find that avenues will open and the gifts the universe will be sent your way!”
Today’s Spirit Helpers include:
Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of what we have outgrown as well as our limiting self-beliefs and fears all of which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want .
The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.
The Hindu goddess Kali is a dark mother and goddess of death. Each time we let go of something that no longer serves us we are in truth embracing a “little death” and fear often accompanies the letting go process. One of Kali’s greatest lessons is through our worst fears lies the freedom we gain in conquering them. She says: “Dreams must be created with focus and intent. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”
Today’s Sacred Stones include:
While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.
Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.
Orbicular or Ocean Jasperhelps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.
Blessings for a magickal day! Cat
I invite you to share my work as long as no changes are made and to check out my websites:
Bringing joy to someones can be the easiest part of our day. The truth is that making someone happy doesn’t usually require doing something big. Small acts of kindness or courtesies reap the biggest rewards. A touch, a smile, a text, a kind word, a hug, being an active listener, a favor, small things. Remember that small things often create the biggest and longest-lasting changes.
Joy is something that people think they need to search for or is something given to them by someone else. But the truth is much simpler than that. True joy comes in many forms however if we are continually looking for joy to arrive in big packages we will be disappointed. In order to find our joy we must look within for the tiny things that make us feel good and this ability resides in perspective. Challenge yourself today to examine the small things that make you feel good. Keep it simple!
We are creatures of our emotions ( both positive and negative) and sometimes its the smallest emotions hold the greatest power. This happens because we can more easily ignore or dismiss them without truly acknowledging them. Then one day we realize that these small things have become big things that are leading us around and dictating what we think, say and do. Ask yourself …………….. “Who is captaining my emotional ship?”
Little things, like cupcakes, can bring us happiness when we need it most. When you are feeling down look for that “One Good Thing”. A small and often simple “cupcake” has the magical ability to turn your attitude and your day around!
