Internal chatter, monkey mind, overthinking or the inner worrywart. These things can totally screw up our day and cause copious amount of stress. Learning to silence the mind is essential to our overall well being. Try giving yourself a new project, focus on something unrelated or just breathe (Breathe in 2,3, 4, 5/ Breathe out 2,3,4,5).
