Sometimes a walk with Mother Nature is the best remedy. When you get that cooped up feeling or feel like things are closing in on you try spending a little time outdoors. Sunshine is a wonderful mood booster, wind clears the mind and the senses, walking barefoot helps to ground your energy as does water.
