Thought For The Day: February 6, 2020 “Be Still”

Happy Thursday,

Feeling anxious? At odds? Out of sorts? Confused? Then maybe it’s time to step back and be still. Take a deep breath. Ground yourself. Just breathe and focus on your breath. Let yourself be at ease. Let the things that are bothering you just be. Don’t force or struggle. Just let them rest. By clearing the mind we invite perspective and even peace. Just breathe and be refreshed.
