Emotional health is a hot topic that everyone is talking about. I’m old enough to remember the days when this subject was taboo. People spoke about emotional health in whispered tones like it was a dirty secret. Newsflash….. it’s not. We can offer guidance to someone who is struggling. We can’t fix them, that’s not our job, but we can listen and offer suggestions. Remember, you are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing. If you need help then seek it out. you have the strength and courage to do so. If you need to have space and take time for yourself (and NO your not being selfish!) make it happen. The people who want what’s best for you will understand. Embrace your inner healer today and make yourself a priority.
