Healthy body, healthy mind. We all know that both mind and body benefit from being active. However just like the body also benefits from periods of rest so does the mind. An overactive mind happens for many reasons such as stress, anxiety, worry, or even anger just to name a few. While meditation can work wonders there are times when it just doesn’t cut it. Try finding an activity or project that has absolutely nothing to do with whats going on in your head. Just let your mind be still, breathe and strive for stillness.
